So this week I wanted to talk about the being a mum/being me balance that I think every mum struggles with and the guilt that it can also bring to the table
Being a mum doesn't mean you need to forget who you are and identify yourself as just a mum, side note, there is no just when it comes to being a mum! We bloody rock!
But you need to get the balance right between work and family and between being you and being someones mother.

I genuinely believe that once you have mastered that the rest will fall into place, and when i say fall, you will have the energy to make it fall into place.
When you take a step back and focus on you it gives you the ability to see what you want and how you can make that happen!
